As we approach the completion of our new pipe organ, OLA is excited to be holding a Pipe Organ Dedication Recital on Tuesday, May 13th at 7pm.

This will feature a special blessing by Archbishop Hartmayer along with a recital of various organ works, including the world premiere of Marian Fanfare, a brand-new composition written by Jake Mappes, OLA’s Director of Music & Liturgy, that was specifically commissioned for the new instrument. Jake will perform alongside guest artist Nick Johns-Cooper, Director of Music at Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church.
